Zonal Business Head – Operations & Business (PAN India)

The role

Seeking an accomplished business leader to head regional operations and business performance across a technology-enabled cinema network in India.

• This strategic leadership role involves driving end-to-end regional P&L, operational excellence, customer relationship management, infrastructure utilization, and revenue growth across multiple business verticals.
• The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing regional business strategies, ensuring theatre-level profitability, managing operations, ensuring governance and compliance, building key customer partnerships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and leading high-performing regional teams.
• This role offers the opportunity to influence business growth, build strong customer partnerships, drive operational excellence, and work closely with senior leadership to shape the future of the business within the Media & Entertainment industry.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess 15-20 years of leadership experience in managing regional or national business operations, with proven success in handling end-to-end P&L responsibilities.
• Strong exposure to distribution networks, infrastructure-led businesses, media, entertainment, retail, telecom, or other service-driven industries is essential, along with experience in managing geographically dispersed operations and large teams.
• An MBA / PGDM from a reputed institute is preferred, though exceptional industry experience may be considered in lieu of an MBA.
