Credit Card Portfolio Specialist

The role

Seeking a highly motivated and strategic Specialist for Credit Card Portfolio to oversee the performance and growth of credit card products.

• This role involves developing and implementing strategies for activation, spend, retention, and usage across different customer segments.
• The specialist will be responsible for financially understanding card products, creating and managing profit and loss statements, optimizing revenue and cost lines to affect portfolio outcomes.
• This unique role combines financial planning, control, analysis, and portfolio interventions, including campaigns and marketing.
• Key responsibilities include portfolio performance management, segmented offer strategy, spend milestone strategies, customer segmentation, setting and achieving activation goals, P&L management, achieving ENR (Active Cardholder Rate) targets, and managing never-used/never-paid customer segments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in credit card portfolio management.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent understanding of financial metrics, including P&L analysis.
